always listening to them fight

Christmas is green and red
you're snuggled up in bed
a year has gone by
and your ready to try

Valentines is red and pink
stop yourself and think
about a person like you
who has lost love too

Easter is Pink and Blue
the troubled one is you
when and changed your hair
doing every little double dare

We are two and the same
each one not searching for fame
we ended the same place
staring at one another's face

Colors have many seasons
each meaning has a reason
safe n lock and key
each is special to you and me..
