Coontails are really popular. That is when you have black hair and blonde streaks with black stripes on the blonde part, but they dont have to be those colors, those are just common ones. Then you should have one or two colorful highlight or chunks. Also you should have it straitened and teased. The taller the better. If your hair is short, hair extentions are a good idea. Bows and bobby pins are also a good idea. If they have hello kitty, grr, or other good characters then there even better.
