Ok so Im only 13 and I'm going into grade 8 soon and I really wanna get a fring for my bangs. (I already have the scene hair but I just want my bangs cut shorter) One problem I have is that I also wanna have a small amount of the bottom of my hair (including the bangs) bleached blonde then te bottom half of te blonde died hot pink but I have to have my hair died first before I get itt cut.

The problem is I have to have my hair cut first in order to get my hair died the way I want it, plus my mom isn't really keen on me getting my hair bleached because she said it can leave that part of my hair dry for a while because with her wen she got her hair bleached her hair was dry and brittle for a year.

I really wanna try to convince her to let me still get it bleached or else the pink wont show up in my hair :/
