Cyber Goth makeup is as varied as it is colourful and there's so much choice when it comes to make up of this style. The general look is a kind of bright, rave style/futuristic look while still sticking to the Goth roots.

Cyber Goth makeup really does give you the chance to be quite inventive. a good place to start is to just stick with black eye-liner and add other colours to make them stand out, such as a metallic blue or green on the eyelid. As for eyebrows, a lot of Cyber goths shave them off and draw them on, but its obviously optional whether you want to do this or not as plucking still looks just as good.
Its important to remember that the colours you choose should be coordinated with the rest of your outfit. You'll often see Cyber Goth's sticking to one main theme colour and its important to apply this to all areas of your make-up and cloths. But don't be afraid to get inventive here and mix it up, if it works it works.
If your feeling brave you can use coloured eye-liner pencils to draw little designs next to your eye or blend them into a colour, such as circuit style designs to stick with the futuristic feel.
As for mascara, choose a black one with a curved brush to make them really pop. One thing that works well here is glitter mascara, especially if you've chosen a slightly darker main theme colour.
As for the lips, gloss is probably the better option as it shines more. You don't have to choose the main theme colour for this but something that would go well with it. Such as any colour that blends. Metallic colours are always great for the lips.
